Tourist Visa for Pakistani Nationals resumed allowing transit passengers to travel thru Dubai or any Emirates. Earlier, traveler from Pakistan & India were restricted to enter directly to UAE and a 14 day quarantine was mandatory in a green listed country. Dubai or Sharjah is now a good option for Saudi Iqama holders to quarantine for 14 days before entering Saudi Arabia.
