Tickets are valid on any skating session, on both weekdays and weekends.
Ticket include - 90 minutes of skating to snowfall and music, skate rental, socks and locker hire.
Pick up & Drop Off Facility (If Private Transportation option selected)
Children need to be 120 cm and above in height to use Icebykes or eBykes.
Lockers are available for customers skating on that session with extra charges.
Safety helmets for children under 1 meter are free of charge.
Children under 5 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Children must always be accompanied by an Adult or a Guardian during the tour or attraction visit.
The operator may deny entry to children travelling alone for safety concern, so kindly follow the child policy at all times.
Guests are required to wear comfortable warm clothing, thick socks and gloves. To use IceBykes or eBykes, you need to wear tight pants and fully enclosed sports shoes; no long or hanging closing is allowed.
Pregnant ladies are not allowed for this activity
The Pick up will be arranged from your Dubai Hotel / Residence only and not from the Airport.
