Al Khawaneej is a new retail and entertainment destination in Dubai. Behind more, culturally diverse neighborhoods like International City, Al Warqaa, and Mirdif is one such neighborhood called Al Khawaneej. It starts on the western side of Emirates Road (E611) and runs parallel to the Sharjah-Dubai border, primarily consisting of the desert.
